We’re excited to announce the latest update to the WRS Health system that will make the end-user experience better. We believe this will improve the billing and documentation processes and save time and effort. This update alerts practice users that a comment was previously added in the Claim History of the Post Payment screen section.

Update to Claim History Button

Previously, if a comment was added pertaining to a particular claim, users would not know about it unless they clicked on the claim history button within the Post Payment screen. With this update, the claim history button will be a different color than the other buttons on the page. This change ensures comments within the claim history receive immediate attention, reducing the likelihood of overlooked comments.
