HOW TO CREATE A SUPERBILL CATEGORY

1. Go to Administration> EMR setup> Superbill Categories
2. Scroll down and click Add New Item
3. Type in the Category Name you preferred
4. Select ICD/CPT Superbill
5. Select if for Practice or Self
6. Click Save. This will now be added to the Superbill ICD/CPT you selected.

HOW TO ADD ICD/CPT CODES IN AN ICD/CPT SUPERBILL

1. Go to Administration> EMR setup> ICD Superbill>
2. Click ADD ITEM at the button of the page>
3. Choose Category > Select Code Type ICD-10/CPT > Type the ICD 10/CPT code or keyword, then select the correct ICD/CPT code from the dropdown list > Save.

HOW TO DELETE ICD/CPT CODES IN AN ICD/CPT SUPERBILL

1. Go to Administration> EMR setup> ICD/CPT Superbill>
2. Click the Item name of the ICD/CPT Code>
3. Click delete
