CREATING HEALTH MAINTENANCE RULES

1. Go to Administration> Order tracking> Health Maintenance
2. Address RULE NAME and DIAGNOSIS
3. Enter the ICD under ICD10 tab and select the code from the dropdown.
4. Choose Patient has been diagnosed with at least one ICD code from the above list.
5. Then, run the report in Order tracking> Health Maintenance. Please make sure that you have permissions for

CLINICAL DECISION SUPPORT to do these actions. In addition, the Health Maintenance module is currently undergoing enhancement and development modifications but can still use the module to generate a list of patients using simple search criteria such as this.

Note: Please make sure that you have permissions for CLINICAL DECISION SUPPORT to do these actions. Permissions can be updated in Administration > Resounrce Management > Resource Setup > Name > Permissions > EMR > Clinical Decision Support > Save.
