    2. Deactivate charge reasons you don’t use

Practice Charges

NOTES

    Practice charges cover services without CPT codes that are billed to the patient rather than the insurance. These might include things like:

    • Miscellaneous products (lotions, vitamins, etc.)
    • Returned checks
    • Failed to keep an appointment (no show)
