Social History Reconciliation

This functionality allows your practice to easily reconcile a patient’s social history from:

  • within Patient Management>Social History, or
  • within the note, under Histories & Habits.

Additionally, a timestamp will be created, including Action Date and Name, showing when the reconciliation was completed for ease of transparency.
