Where can I find my MIPS performance scores?

Go to EMR > MIPS Quality Measures > Quality Measures or Advancing Care (Promoting Interoperability. You will need to run reports for each category in order to view the numbers.

How To Run Quality Measures Reports In WRS
1. Go to EMR > MIPS Quality Measures > Quality Measures.
2. Complete the following sections:
• Report Name: Any
• Provider: Select one provider from the list if there are multiple options
• Year: Preferred Performance Year
• Quarter: If running a year-to-date report, leave Quarter blank
• Start Date & End Date:
3. Scroll down and click on Get Reports box at the bottom

How to create a QRDA I OR III 3 File

1. Open quality measure report

2. To download the QRDA I file, click on the Request QRDA I link under the Download column.
3. Page will show QRDA I is in progress.
4. Reload page and click the Download QRDA I link.
5. Look for the downloaded zip file in your device’s download destination folder.
6. To download the QRDA III file, click on the QRDA III link under the Download column.
7. Look for the downloaded zip file in your device’s download destination folder.
We can only run a quality report for 1 provider at a time.

Running PI Reports In WRS

1. Go to EMR > MIPS Quality Measures > Advancing Care.
2. Complete the following sections:
• Report Name: Any
• Provider: Select provider name
• Report Period: Must be a consecutive 90-day period
• TIN: select default TIN
3. Select any or all of the Promoting Interoperability measures: ACI_EP_1, ACI_PEA_1, ACIE_HIE_1, ACIE_HIE_2
4. Scroll down and Click Save Report.
