How To Generate a CCDA

The CCDA as auto populated by WRS and pushed to the patient portal within 24 hours after the encounter note is signed.

1. After patient logs in, go to Patient Dashboard Menu > My Reports and Tools > Clinical Summary (CCDA).

2. Select which CCD to view by clicking View Styled CCDA.

3. Generated CCDA will be shown in EMR All Notes > Documents > Generated CCD XML

You can also manually generate a CCDA using the steps below:

1. Open Patient Account and go to EMR All Notes

2. Select the GENERATE CCDA button above UPLOAD DOCUMENT BAR.

3. Generated CCDA will be shown in EMR All Notes > Documents > Generated CCD XML
