TSYS - PCI Compliance

From: "Henry Moody"
Subject: Re: WRS/TSYS/ PCI Compliance

As far as PCI compliance goes, all pieces of the processing solution should be PCI compliant. Meaning my company, Global Payments and you as the merchant handling the direct transactions.

We are PCI compliant on our side and you are using ControlScan as the vendor for your certificate.

We have numerous clients processing within the integration through WRS and they have the same PCI parameters as your setup.

MailMyStatements

Sending out Patient Statement is through our trading partner, Mail My Statements (MMS).

The fee for this service is $0.95 for the first page and $0.25 for each additional page. This includes: standard stock blue statement, security envelopes, statement and stamp.

The formatting of the statement can NOT be altered, but a custom message can be added via the statement portal that will show on the statement itself.

Statements are generated from our system every Sunday night and sent in an electronic file to MMS, where the client then has Monday morning to correct, or exempt a statement and/or batch. If the statements are not suppressed, MMS will mail out the statements Monday.

Statements are sent on a weekly basis for each practice so anyone owing a balance that meets the threshold set by the practice, will receive a statement; however, patients will only receive one statement per month, until they make payment and go below the threshold.

I spoke to Erin at TSYS and she confirmed that any of Jenny's concerns about PCI compliance and audit should be advised by TSYS directly and this is not a WRS issue.
