- Relabel sections in Medications and Allergies
We’ve made improvements to the Medications and Allergies sections in the Patient Management module of the EHR. This change aims to provide a more precise understanding of the source and nature of medication and allergy information within the patient record. With clearer labels, providers and clinicians can now easily distinguish between practice-reconciled data and patient-reported data from the Patient Portal.
