Clinical Efficiency Report Card
The Clinical Efficiency report card is used when a provider is not eligible for MIPS. To get the data for this slide, follow the steps below:
- Quality Measures
- Run YTD QM reports.
- Identify the top 6 Quality measures (dependent on decile, not performance %)
- Get the sum of the top 6 deciles, divide it by 60, and then multiply by 100. Multiply the result by 45%.
- Clinical Information Reconciliation and Patient Access
- Run PI report for ACI_PEA_1 and ACI_HIE_3
- Date Range: Previous Month
- Provider: Selected Provider
- TIN: select default
- The performance rate for both measures is what is used in the slide
- Run PI report for ACI_PEA_1 and ACI_HIE_3
- Labs
- To check if the practice is connected to a lab, search for practice in the administration page > click on Labs under the Connections section. Uni or Bi-directional connections are enabled if there is a check mark next to the entity name.
