We are excited to announce a new feature that we’ve added in the Appointment Search page. With this update, users can now effectively search for canceled appointments and readily view the cancellation reason for each appointment within the page.
Cancel Reason Column
In the Appointment Search page of the Scheduler module, users can select Canceled from the Active Status dropdown filter.
In the search results, a Cancel Reason column is now added to display the cancellation reason for each canceled appointment. This allows for more efficient tracking and understanding of appointment cancellations.
