WI: Running MIPS Reports in WRS

Quality Measure Report
1. Go to EMR > MIPS Quality Measures > Quality Measures

2. Complete the following sections:

  1. Report Name: YTD if running a monthly report.
  2. Provider: Select provider
  3. Select Start and End Date:
    1. Monthly: Jan 1 - last day of previous month
    2. Weekly: select desired date range
  4. Click the CQM box to run reports for all quality measures if running a monthly report.

Promoting Interoperability Report

1. Go to EMR > MIPS Quality Measures > Advancing Care.

2. Complete the following sections:

  1. Report Name:
  2. Provider: Select provider
  3. Report Period: Last 90 days for MIPS and last 30 days for Clinical Efficiency Report Card
  4. TIN: select default TIN

3. Select measures.

  • MIPS Measures: Prescribing, Provide Patient Access, Send Summary of Care, Request/Accept Summary of Care
  • Clinical Efficiency Report Card: Clinical Information Reconciliation, Patient Access
