WI: Clinical Service ROI Analysis

Workflow:

1. Finance/VA will send Clinical Service ROI Analysis sheet on the first week of the month.

2. Clinical team will run YTD reports and get the YTD Quality Measures and MIPS TTL scores for each of the practices listed in the sheet (see below).

3. Clinical will update Monthly and 2020 KPI tabs of the Clinical Service ROI Analysis sheet and return to sender.

Scores:

1. Quality Measures = top 6 measures based on decile

  • Formula: (Overall decile/60)*100
  • For groups like West Ocean, take their final performance & average them. QM = average of their individual QM categories.

2. MIPS TTL = total MIPS score (total of QM, PI and IA points)

  • Use Measure Calculation file to get You Are Here score
  • For groups like West Ocean, take their final performances & average them. MIPS TTL = average of their individual You Are Here scores.
