Unprovisioned Accounts for Direct Messaging

EMR Direct will send a monthly list of emails that are still unverified. The EMR Direct email will show a Status Code(s) for “unprovisioned” accounts indicating what is needed for completion.

  • X = Org Rep action required / Address request needs to be added by you on the administrative site
  • A = Application needed / issue with application
  • I = Identity verification needed

WRS will update the status of "red" practices by sending out monthly emails informing the client of actions needed on their end.

For clients with status code A and I, attach the following documents:

  • Identity Verification for Application Signer
  • Organizational Application for Direct Messaging
  • Verifier's List
  • Direct Messaging Instructions [updated]
