Template - Lab Connection Interest Email

Good day!

Thank you for your interest in the Lab Connection Interface. Please see information below in regards to interface connections. We work with labs, imaging, radiology and hospitals.

Goal of Electronic Labs: Send lab orders and receive lab results seamlessly so that the clinician can work out of the encounter note.

Bidirectional Interface: A bidirectional interface is a two-way connection to a lab. Within the EMR, you will be able to create an electronic order that is sent to the lab and receive electronic results that match to the patients' charts.

Unidirectional Interface (results only): You will only be able to receive the results back from the lab to the patients' charts.

In order for us to start the process, I need the following information:

1. Name of the lab
2. Name of the sales rep
3. Contact information of the sales rep (phone number and email address)
4. Your account number with the lab
