  • Access to Vtiger - Role Clinical Support Level 2
  • In Vtiger - To be part of Group WRS EMR Support.

Two way/two enviroments.

  1. Portal and then general support and then assigned to EMR Support Grp. This sends out email sent out to person in the grp
  2. The person take the ticket and IM /Chat that they are responding to the ticket. ( Manually - informs everyone they are working on the ticket by chat......
  3. Then person goes to vtiger - and get details and put status to in progress - The practice will be update through email with regards to responds as will everyone
  4. At end of shift or at shift changeover - go to vtiger and check based on Grp and then find ticket and pass it to other by IM or email
  5. ( We do not know who created the ticket within vtiger - we go to the practice page admin and who is permitted the practice - Highlighted names have the email notification.
