Two way/two enviroments.
- Portal and then general support and then assigned to EMR Support Grp. This sends out email sent out to person in the grp
- The person take the ticket and IM /Chat that they are responding to the ticket. ( Manually - informs everyone they are working on the ticket by chat......
- Then person goes to vtiger - and get details and put status to in progress - The practice will be update through email with regards to responds as will everyone
- At end of shift or at shift changeover - go to vtiger and check based on Grp and then find ticket and pass it to other by IM or email
- ( We do not know who created the ticket within vtiger - we go to the practice page admin and who is permitted the practice - Highlighted names have the email notification.
