Revoking Direct Secure Messaging Protocol
- WRS receives notice that a client does not wish to to renew Direct Secure Messaging.

Login to EMR Direct on the renewal date.
- Search for practice and copy the direct domain name.

- Go to Your Certificates section and select the Revoke button.

- Send an email to setup@wrshealth.com requesting them to disable Direct Messaging in WRS Admin.
- Login to WRS > Administration > System Settings > Direct Setup

- Delete Practice Portal and Patient Portal.

- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, select Uncheck All and Save.
