Registering a Cell Phone as a Soft Token for EPCS

Step Instructions
1 The EPCS provider must go to Administration > Resource Management > Resource Setup > Provider Name > Electronic Routing
2 Click "Token Maintenance: Click here to Deactivate Token or Get/Setup a New Token" under Setup 2-Factor Credentials. This will open the Token Maintenance screen with several available options.
3 If activating a soft token on a new phone, select "Setup a New Phone (I need to deactivate the old token and setup a new one)". Enter your 2-Factor Signing Password and click Open Token Setup. This will take you to the EPCS Signup screen.
4 Install the SYMANTEC VIP app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Once installed, click "I have it - Register my Token" to proceed to the Token Registration screen.
5 Click "Deactivate This Token" to deactivate the old token. Then:- Enter your EPCS password in boxes 1 and 2- Enter the Credential ID from the new phone app in box 3- Enter the security code displayed in the app in box 4- Click Register
6 A verification screen will appear confirming the new token has been registered successfully. Click Finish/Close to complete the setup.
