Reintroduce Weekly Education Meeting regarding Promoting Interoperability Measures, Security Risk Analysis and Improvement Activities for 4 weeks.

• Week 1: Patient Access
• Week 2: HIE: Send
• Week 3: HIE: Receive.
• Week 4: SRA and Improvement Activities

Promoting Interoperability - Weekly Review

1. Run PI Report for the past 90 days
2. Run PI Reports for the previous 3 months (individual reports, 1 month increments)
3. Perform Manual Review on Measure
   1. Need the following documents on hand for Manual Review
      1. PI Report for 1 month period
      2. Manual Review Instructions document
      3. Measure Specific Spreadsheet
4. Follow instructions in Wiki to set up Weekly PowerPoint
   1. Need the following documents on hand for Weekly PPT
      1. Provider Specific Measure Calculation spreadsheet (Created during Introduction)
      2. PI Report for 90 days rpt
      3. Weekly PPT base PPT
      4. Gauge Slide Deck PPT
      5. Progress Slide Deck PPT
      6. Action Slide Deck PPT
      7. Instructions for Weekly PPT document
5. Send email reminder to practice to attend Education meeting

1st to 3rd Weekly Education Meeting

1. Meet as per scheduled
2. Review Education PowerPoint
3. Live system demonstration of next selected measure
4. Confirm next meeting time
5. Send thank you email including link to video documentation of selected measure

Security Risk Analysis and Improvement Activities

1. Prepare Powerpoint re: Security Risk Analysis and Improvement Activities.
   1. Highlight 4-6 Improvement Activities, pushing High Weighted measures and outlining steps of each.
2. Email reminding practice to attend Education meeting

4th Weekly Education Meeting

1. Meet as per scheduled
2. Review Education PPT
3. Have provider pick 1-4 Improvement Activities
4. Send thank you email including link to video documentation of selected Improvement Activities
