Select and mark appropriate codes for each denominator and numerator event if there are multiple options

Obtain provider permission to remove previously used codes that are no longer necessary for selected measures
3. Schedule 4 Weekly Education Reviews of Quality Measures
4. Send thank you email including PDF version of the presentation and a link to the Video Documentation links for the selected measures.
