Plotting Measure Gauge Performance (Current & Projected)
1. Run YTD reports in the practice, under EMR > MIPS Quality Measures
2. Plot performance of solo measure on the gauge as “You are here”
3. To get the Max Potential, use the Measure Calculation > Measures YTD tab
- Enter the numerator & denominator in columns D and E
- Adjust the Weeks Past & Weeks Remaining in in columns J and K
- Max Potential = Projected Year % in column O

Red: Lowest value of Decile 3 and highest value of 4
Yellow: Lowest value of Decile 5 and highest value of 7
Green: Lowest value of Decile 8 and highest value of 10
