LBC Kanban Board
The LBC kanban board is an agile project management tool designed to help visualize lab connection Dev work, limit work-in-progress, and maximize efficiency.
Clinical SME and Dev SME will meet weekly to discuss items in the backlog and current sprint.
Meeting Workflow:
Discuss items in board in the following order:
Done - has the issue been resolved as agreed upon by Dev, Clinical and client?
In Review - what is the status? does it need to go back to In Progress or can the item be moved to Done?
In progress - what is the status? Is there anything blocking items from moving forward?
Waiting for client - what is Dev waiting for? Has the client responded? What is the next step?
Definition of Status:
Open - clinical manager to determine priority and move to to do
To Do - clinical manager to determine priority
In Progress - being worked on by Praveen
Waiting for Client - Praveen is waiting for lab feedback
In Review - needs clinical review before moving to done
Done - no more work needed on our perspective as agreed upon between dev, clinical and client
Backlog:
Items in backlog are invisible to Dev until it is moved to the To Do section. Clinical manager will determine which items can be moved from this section.
Clinical SME may create items and place in the backlog, however, interface connection tickets should not go to To DO unless an invoice has been sent to the client.
