Key Fob Requests

WRS can request key fob purchases or replacements on behalf of the provider by sending an email to support@mdtoolbox.com with the following details:

• Provider Name
• Provider Shipping Address
• Contact Number
• Email Address

MDtoolbox will send a tracking link to the email address and the provider can go to the tracking link to adjust the time of delivery and add special instructions.

An invoice for the fob key will be issued by WRS Finance to the provider.
