EPCS missing in Electronic Routing page
Issue: EPCS module is missing in the Electronic Routing page (see image below) for a specific provider or practice and has been replicated by multiple users.
Resolution:
1. Reach out to MDToolbox and verify if provider or practice is active in their system.*
a. If inactive, request to have the provider or practice reactivated.
b. If active, escalate as a bug and blocker. The escalation should indicate MDT status.
