Electronic Routing

Enabling electronic routing (eRx)

1. Go to Administration > Resource Management > Resource Setup

2. Select Healthcare Provider -- Billing user

3. In the Edit Resource Information page, select the Electronic Routing tab

4. Check the New Prescription box and hit the "Save" button.

*The above process will automatically generate the SPI (SURESCRIPTS ROOT SPI) in the Edit Resource Information > General tab.
