Creating and Reviewing Tickets
CREATING A TICKET
1. Go to Vtiger > click on +Add Ticket
2. Assigned to: WRS EMR Support Group
3. Category: select drop down option depending on issue (EMR, eRx, Messaging, etc)
4. Contact Name: Change category to Organization, click Search, select practice ID + support@waitingroomsolutions.com - ex 123456@waitingroomsolutions.com
5. Organization Name: Search for the organization name
6. Status: Open
7. Description: Input details or description of issue
8. Title > Save.
HOW TO REVIEW TICKETS
1. Go to the practice site > search patient name provided for review
2. Test on a test patient > Create a note
3. Replicate. Note: If issue is specific to a provider, log in as provider
4. If issue is replicated, take screenshots
5. Go to WRS Implementation > do testing on test patients
7. Send review
