To create the report parameters:

1. ADMINISTRATION > EMR SETUP > CLINICAL DATA REPORT SETUP
2. Select The ADD NEW RULE to open the module for creating the parameters for the rule/report. All Rules/Reports must be “named” for identifying purposes, as they are saved and can be run at any time. There are many different parameters that can be applied to a rule/report, and are basically clinical in nature. Select the required areas, complete the data, and SAVE.

To run the report/rule:

Navigate to EMR>CLINICAL DATA REPORT. Fill the filters according to your report needs. These rules/reports run overnight and will be queued for review under the SAVED REPORTS module.
These saved reports can be “viewed”, “downloaded” as an Excel file, or “deleted”. The viewed report will show the parameters applied to this specific report (providers, location, and date range), and the listing of patients. I am attaching the Clinical Data Report guide for your reference.
