Certification Letter- 2015 edition
Steps to confirm if the practice is actively using WRS as their EMR:
1. Request the practice provide dates they need the certification to cover
2. Verify paid EULA for the time period specified in step 1
- in vTiger, see the EULA Term & End Date under Organization Details
3. Confirm the practice is actively generating notes
4. If the practice meets steps 2 & 3, the Certification letter can be generated. Using the attached docx file, enter the time period provided in step 1, and fill out the appropriate practice information.
5. Send the Certification Letter to the practice
