Cancelling

Immunization Registry Deleting a Practice/Provider:

1. Log in to https://www.nuvolahub.com/login.html.

2. On the left panel, select “PubHub”

3. Click on “Provider Location”

4. Click “Search”

5. Search and click on the practice name you wish to edit/delete.

6. To delete a practice, click “Delete”.

7. To delete a provider, under “Assigned Providers”, click on the “Edit” button.

8. Click “Delete”
