Appointment Reminders

Appointment reminders may be sent via email and SMS text/voice call. Regular reminders go out based off the Reminder Appointment Period setting in the Reminder and Recall Setup page. Another round of reminders go out on the day of the scheduled appointment for practices who have Check-in and Telehealth enabled.
