OCTOBER-NOVEMBER

Measure & Guide Updates for 2021

  • Review measures against the 2021 versions
  • Address updates/modifications and coding changes and update guides accordingly
  • Prepare list of updated/modified/deleted codes per measure for DEV

DECEMBER
NQF Setup

  • Create a JIRA ticket and attach the Value Set for the next performance year
  • Tag Dev (Shirley Yang)

Measure & Guide Updates for 2021

  • Create a JIRA ticket requesting to update CQM measure names and PDF guides with latest version in preparation for the next performance year. Attach updated guides.
  • Tag Dev (Shirley Yang)

QUARTERLY REVIEW OF MEASURES

  • Review quality reports for ALL measures at least ONCE per quarter to ensure that there are no issues with formatting or capture of data. Are the denominator, numerator, exclusion and exception populations captured correctly?
    • If there are discrepancies/issues noted,
      • Do a deep dive and review similar reports in at least 2 other practices.
      • Create a JIRA explaining what the issue is. Provide examples and screenshots, if possible, and tag Dev.
